Personal data that is processed

Natulatte can process personal data about you, because you use the services of Natulatte, and/or because you provide it yourself when filling in a contact form on the website. Natulatte may process the following personal data:

  • Organization name

Natulatte processes your personal data in order to be able to contact you if you request it. In addition, you can use your personal data in the context of executing a contract for services concluded with you, usually consisting of legal services.

How long is personal data kept?

Mapping your website visit

General visitor data is kept on the website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. Natulatte uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.

Google Analytics

Natulatte uses Google Analytics to track how users use the website. The information thus obtained, including the address of your computer (IP address), is transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used and to provide reports about the website. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Natulatte has no influence on this. Natulatte has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained through it for other Google services.


MailChimp is an email marketing provider operated by MailChimp Inc. MailChimp maintains a database of email addresses. By subscribing to our newsletter, you will be added to the MailChimp database. MailChimp’s email management and sending service uses so-called web beacons. These beacons keep track of who opens the emails and when. In addition, clicks on links in emails can be measured. Your email address will only be used by us. You can always unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to Natulatte. Natulatte will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Natulatte takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. The website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
